I’d like to thank Mark @ OrangeFox Bikes for the excellent work he did on servicing my Rockshox forks. Right from the very start Mark was able to provide me with expert advice on an issue I was experiencing with my suspension. The customer service and communication was faultless throughout and he went above and beyond to ensure my forks were serviced and returned in tip-top condition. My bike feels brand new thanks to OrangeFox Bikes! This is probably the best experience I’ve had with a bike shop/mechanic and I will be using his services in the future.
